I walked in prepared for some pretty pushy sales pitches (like quite a few other dealerships) but was pleasantly surprised by Seth's easygoing, zero pressure approach. He was really friendly and knowledgable, and definitely put me at ease with his calm demeanour. Although I had done my research on the forte, Seth was very thorough in explaining all the features it came with and did his best to help me get the car I wanted while staying within my budget. I would definitely recommend Scarboro Kia and Seth to anyone looking to buy a Kia! Sadaf More

Right off the bat I knew I was going to buy the Kia Optima. What I didn't know was how easy and timeless this team would make my experience. The next time I was in the dealership Edwin was off work and I then met Raj. Right from the start Raj was always helpful and informative on what needed to happen to get the ball rolling. After talking to Raj for about an hour and a half I decided to put a deposit down on the Optima ex turbo plus. I can honestly say I visited lot of neighbouring dealerships and didn't get any where close to the customer service Scarboro Kia provided to me! Anyone who is considering a Kia should seriously consider Scarboro Kia! They got me the colour I wanted and made sure my tints were just right! I was looking to buy a car for my wife, and ended up buying a KIA Forte from Scarboro Kia; and I’m sure the main (if not only) reason we did was because of the Sales Person Raj. His demeanor from introduction was one of; “How Can I Help You to Make (and have) a Car Buying Experience that YOU will Not Regret.” He asked about our budget, listened to our needs, understood our wants and then tailored an offer to match our requirements, leaving us to determine if his recommendation and offer met with our criteria for choosing and buying a car. During the interactions, Raj also displayed his honest care for individuals as we conversed on matters other than buying a car. His desire to help others obviously transcends car sales and that makes him a salesman with conscience, a rare commodity, yet necessary for a positive recommendation. If (or when) you are thinking of purchasing a car, I strongly suggest you include Raj (at Scarboro KIA) in the short list you compile, and I expect you will have a similar experience. More
