I browsed on Saturday, and my new Soul LX+ is parked beautifully in the garage before 5 pm on this gorgeous Tuesday afternoon! I've heard of some dealerships needing a week or two to get a car into the lot. I think it was delivered in from a dealership near St. Catharines. Beyond exceeding my expectations for my very demanding time request - Raj was so accomodating. He picked me up from my mechanic's 10 minutes away, took me to the MTO office and in less time than it would take me to find street parking downtown, I had my new car registered and my old plates exchanged and validated, with brand new ones (part of the unfortunate incident with my previous, used car). As for the actual sale/purchase transaction - Raj was straight up. We discussed what I was comfortable with, he did what he reasonably could to get me in that range of comfortable. Caveat: I chose to test drive the Soul when I initially wanted a Forte. The Soul was not even on my radar and just above what I considered within my budget - but after seeing it on the show room floor, I didn't need any convincing. I understand the nature of the car sales industry - but I can say that Raj also appreciates that everyone wants the best value for their money spent. Thanks Raj and Scarboro Kia!! More

We arrived at the dealership and were immediately welcomed and asked if we've been helped. Ed, who had previously sold a car to my dad, was incredibly helpful and gave me useful information on the two cars that I initially had my eye on, which helped me come to my decision on the Kia Soul. One thing that made me really happy was that I got the colour car that I wanted. I wanted Fathom Blue and they were able to track one down for me. I am incredibly happy with my purchase (this car drives so well and I love that it has an SUV feel to it) and I am super impressed with the wonderful customer service I received during this process. More
Prompt and efficient service - but buyer beware I came to Scarboro Kia urgently needing a new car for moving in Nov 2014. I was impressed by the redesigned Kia Forte 5 and Raj gave me a good deal. I would like to commend Raj and Dom who were outstanding in meeting my tight deadlines - my new car was ready within 2 days of finalizing the deal. There was a miscommunication with ordering the snow tires but this was quickly remedied and installed within 2 working days. For new customers, I would recommend doing your research beforehand as well as booking an appointment to get the most out of your time. Raj has a lot of customers (as a testament to his excellent service), but once you know what you need he will help you get it done quick and done well. -- Edit: Turns out Raj reneged on the deal for tire storage. During my initial purchase Raj had promised via text message that my tire storage would last for an entire year, but he did not provide me with a receipt after my purchase. I had to chase him multiple times to send me the receipt, and when it came there were no details on storage length. I assumed in good faith that Raj would honour our agreement. When I came back 6 months after my purchase to change my snow tires, that did not happen. Initially he claimed that their "standard storage was for a season". When I showed him the text message he sent me, he told me as I did not have a receipt stating that storage was for a year, there was nothing he could do. Considering that it should be the retailer's responsibility to provide the customer with a receipt in the first place, that I had to chase Raj, and that he did not include all the details we agreed upon, this came across as a very poor excuse. I am very disappointed that Raj has resorted to such low-handed tactics after concluding the sale. I have lost all trust and goodwill that I previously had for this dealer. I will not be coming back after this incident. More

Their customer care and professionalism kept me taking my car back them for routine maintenance services for the past 13 years. Finally, this year I decided to change my car. Obviously I researched extensively online and offline with different makes, dealership and even brokers. None satisfied me and so I finally decided to go back to Scarboro KIA. My wife and I were very fortunate to deal with people like PERRY, ROB and DOMENIC. Right from the start Perry was courteous, pleasant and very professional. After discussing our requirements and budget Perry took us for test drive of Rio and Forte. We finally settled down with Forte. "Perry you have been fantastic right from beginning, my wife and I fully appreciate your customer care, knowledge of the product and professionalism. Rob (manager) thank you for helping us to purchase "KIA PROTECT," and finally Domenic (owner) for providing us with the best loyalty discounts." Amazing experience so far... Cant wait for my purchase. So, I walked into Scarboro Kia last week to check out the new 2015 Soul. First person to greet us was Raj. I was so worried I was going to have a horrible experience like i always do with car dealership employees. They're always persistent, they rush you and they just want to take your money. They don't care about YOU as a person. But not Raj. Raj, cares about his customers, as if they were family. Seriously such a fun guy, so understanding and so helpful, answers all my questions, and he's so patient. And thats the most important thing for me. My experience so far with Scarboro Kia has been amazing. I came back today for my second test drive, and i can't wait to come back this thursday for round three, and hopefully to seal a deal. But now... back to the soul. The soul is the most fun car to drive, i feel amazing in it, and just so much more confident. I cant wait to call this car my own thanks to Raj! My dreams will finally come true! More

When it came time to purchase a my second vehicle, Tania and the entire team made the choice mine without pressure, negotiated fairly and moved the entire process along smoothly and without incident. A friend recommended the Kia dealership on Eglinton Ave. So I inquired about coming in by computer and someone phoned me the next day...and it was a sale rep named Perry, right from the first step in the dealership my experience was great, and Perry made me feel so comfortable with his knowledge and customer service skills and of course his smile. Great experience buying my first pre-owned vehicle I had done a lot of homework while looking for a pre-owned vehicle and set my sights on a 2011 Kia Forte5 EX that was in Scarboro Kia's inventory. My sales rep was Perry and he did a fantastic job at making me feel at ease and responding honestly to all my questions. I never felt pressured and was pleasantly surprised that the dealership was willing to accommodate my desired price without too much haggling at all. Perry let me make a deposit on the car while still giving me 7 days to look around. Needless to say, I settled on Scarboro Kia's Forte5 EX. As part of the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) program, they had two dents removed from the Forte which now looks and runs like new. The actual handover was seamless. Everything was taken care of for me and Perry even personally picked me up from the subway station. Would recommend the Kia brand and Scarboro Kia, especially Perry, to anyone. A+ More
