Our test drive was relaxed and informative, we were so totally thrilled with the vehicle we tested that we bought it on th spot. Go straight to Raj. you will never regret it. Here is my story: I decided to buy a Kia Forte LX+. So the first thing I did was to go to the nearest Kia dealership to my home. They treated me horrible and were so pushy, all I was thinking about at the time was to get out. My experience was so bad that I decided not to buy a Kia anymore and instead go with Hyundai . That night at home, I found Dealerrater.ca and I searched Kia, found all the dealerships in Toronto and looked at the dealership that I had gone to and saw everyone complaining and tons of negative reviews. So based on the highest rating, I started reading the reviews for Kia Scarboro and Raj Dey. "OH MY GOD! Is this even possible? not even one negative review! Who is this Raj Dey? Is he a saint?" I looked at the address, oh no! 2 hours riding the TTC from my home but I did it anyway and I am happy that I went there and met Raj. Let me put it this way, he is not your typical car dealer, he is your friend, he is there to help you and find you the best deal possible. He made it very easy and fun for me. He did not rush me into anything. He told me to go home and think about it. Three days later I called him and I bought my Forte over the phone! and today I picked it up. Everything he had said and promised, he fulfilled. I was not asked to pay a penny more than what I was promised on the phone. At the end, he gave me a tour of the dealership and introduced me to all the wonderful, friendly people who work there. I highly recommend the team at Kia Scarboro, beyond amazing! Exceptional all-around service I got excellent service from the sales associate, Raj Dey, the Financial Services Manager, Rob Woodward, and the manager of the dealership, Dominic Vi I got excellent service from the sales associate, Raj Dey, the Financial Services Manager, Rob Woodward, and the manager of the dealership, Dominic Vigliatore. The Vigliatore Group really creates a family atmosphere even between different dealerships within the group. I was a customer at the Subaru dealership for 15 years but needed a 7 or 8 seat vehicle and so had to shop elsewhere. Eventually after shopping around I felt I would be best served at this dealership since it belonged to the same group as the Subaru dealership which had always given me very good service. I was not disappointed dealing with Scarboro Kia. Rob dealt with the paperwork efficiently and expeditiously. Raj did not let me leave with my new vehicle until he had given me an excellent "tutorial" on what the car can do for me, acquainting me with its bells and whistles. I had been feeling quite intimidated by this new car but Raj made me feel a lot more comfortable. He told me I could contact him whenever I needed help with the car's features. Based on how he treated me when I picked up the car I believe he will keep his word. He also introduced me to the service manager whom I would be dealing with in the future. I am very pleased with my experience at this dealership. More

Training needed for 2 sales staff Visited Scarborough KIA showroom to purchase a car for my wife, myself, and grandkids.   We received a warm welcome by two sales staff.  However while Visited Scarborough KIA showroom to purchase a car for my wife, myself, and grandkids.   We received a warm welcome by two sales staff.  However while we were looking at various selection of vehicles  in the show room I could over hear the negative comments from sales staff about customers and their fellow co-workers.   We  decided not to purchase a car from Scarborough KIA.  As a retired CFO of a international shipping company,  I certain hope upper management or KIA Canada see comments.  I would recommend business ethics/corporate ethics training for these individuals.  More

When the lease was due we decided to purchase the vehicle and Scarboro Kia made the process very easy and quick. No wonder we came here to trade it in for a new car. What a wonderful experience!
