Kindest car salesman I have ever dealt with When me and my wife were looking for a new vehicle we luckily ran into Austin. Austin at first seemed to be young so we were a little weary but he was When me and my wife were looking for a new vehicle we luckily ran into Austin. Never pressured us or tried to upsell ( maybe he's too new for this?) either way it was a great experience. Ended up purchasing a vehicle from him and would definitely return. I'm also not the person to write reviews online but this younger fellow deserved it. Please keep your nice personality and don't turn into the typical salesman!!!!!!! More

Had to buy 2 Started off strong on the first new vehicle, then a small step back, but James and I worked out the negotiations process satisfactorily. The 2nd vehicle, used and purchased in less than 30 days, was seemless. I'm a high maintenance purchaser, but James did just fine. More than helpful!! I needed a car in a hurry as my old one "just died" after work on Tuesday. I did a bit of research online, found a car I liked and set up a test drive I needed a car in a hurry as my old one "just died" after work on Tuesday. I did a bit of research online, found a car I liked and set up a test drive for Thursday evening. Met with James (sales), took car for a drive, met with Neil (finance) and, voila, I got the car - all within 2.5 hours. Picked it up today, full of fuel and ready to go. The staff at this dealership really went all out to make it happen for me. I will be back when I'm ready for my next vehicle. More

Riley Riffel is the most honest sales manager I have even met! I originally came to him wanting to trade my Fusion in for a brand new Santa Fe. It wasn't feasible at the time as I would be buried in to much negative equity, but we both came up with a game plan for the next 6 months or so! :) Meanwhile my boyfriend was looking for a "New" vehicle and because I was so impressed with Riley, I referred Chris to him. It took some convincing him as Chris had his heart set on the truck but after some teamwork on mine and Riley's part we managed to convince him to buy a 2015 Sonata to help build up his credit and woola! now it's in our driveway!! I'll definitely be back to see Riley before the summer when it's time to get my Santa Fe!! Riley Rocks!! I want give credit to James Nickel as well, he's definitely been a big part of helping Chris out with his new ride!!
