Kindest car salesman I have ever dealt with When me and my wife were looking for a new vehicle we luckily ran into Austin. Had to buy 2 Started off strong on the first new vehicle, then a small step back, but James and I worked out the negotiations process satisfactorily. More than helpful!! I needed a car in a hurry as my old one "just died" after work on Tuesday. I did a bit of research online, found a car I liked and set up a test drive I needed a car in a hurry as my old one "just died" after work on Tuesday. I did a bit of research online, found a car I liked and set up a test drive for Thursday evening. Met with James (sales), took car for a drive, met with Neil (finance) and, voila, I got the car - all within 2.5 hours. Picked it up today, full of fuel and ready to go. The staff at this dealership really went all out to make it happen for me. I will be back when I'm ready for my next vehicle. More
