Very positive experience My husband Brian and I were looking for a “new to us” Santa Fe and we searched an assortment of car dealerships in Saskatoon. Brian met Mark Coulter, My husband Brian and I were looking for a “new to us” Santa Fe and we searched an assortment of car dealerships in Saskatoon. Brian met Mark Coulter, at Saskatoon Hyundai and Mark showed him a few Santa Fe vehicles and invited him to take them for a test drive. Every few days Brian would get a call from Mark to let us know that another Santa Fe was available at Saskatoon Hyundai and to invite Brian to take it for a test drive and see if this suited our needs. One day Brian met with Mark to look at a 2015 Titanium Silver Santa Fe. It was in near perfect condition and it had cloth heated seats, heated steering wheel, reverse sensors, CD player and it was still under warranty. We didn’t want a sun-roof, leather seats, GPS or back-up cameras – and it didn’t have any of them – awesome. Brian was impressed with the vehicle and asked Mark to please save it for us to test drive together the next day. Brian and I came in and test drove the vehicle and we were both impressed with the vehicle, with Mark answering all questions and showing us all the features of this vehicle. It was perfect. We negotiated a fair price with Mark. He wasn’t pushy, he didn’t rush us, he listened to all we had to say about the vehicle and addressed any concerns. We were very impressed with Mark as a person and as a knowledgeable salesman. We bought the vehicle. Mark had it detailed and checked over before we picked it up. When we picked it up, Mark introduced us to the Service Manager and even set up a date for our next oil change with him. He answered a few questions too. Mark went over everything with us - in the Santa Fe, all the buttons and knobs in the vehicle, etc. He also went over the manual with us. He was very thorough and was happy to answer all questions. He insisted we call him in the future if we have any other questions about the vehicle too. Since it was March madness month, I got to shoot basketballs in the March Madness Basketball Shoot-out. I got 26 points in 30 seconds (quite a shock) and as a prize, we were able to get several dollars off the purchase of our vehicle. Bonus. Kudos to Saskatoon Hyundai for adding a contest for people purchasing vehicles in the month of March. Also, we spoke to Neil Ward in the Finance Department and he was very thorough with the finance information. He offered us an assortment of options and invited us to take our time and to choose the best option for us. Neil was kind, patient, a good listener and very knowledgeable. We found Maegan very accommodating; she listened to us and was not pushy. Once we decided on the vehicle we wanted, I called Maegan and we came to an agreement. She quickly facilitated things so that our new Sanata Fe Sport was ready for us to pick-up. Despite her being busy with other customers on the day we picked up our vehicle, which was ready and as we wanted it, she checked with us frequently to make sure everything was going well. As well, she arranged for Dennis to show us the features of our new vehicle - really, the navigation system, bluetooth, sound system and other computer systems. Maegan was very comfortable to work with. We were impressed with her follow up checking how we liked our new Santa Fe and whether we had any issues or questions. Generally, Maegan was really on top of everything. As well, my wife's comment was that it was refreshing to deal with a female sales person. More
