This dealership has destroyed the name Hyundai for me Problem after problem with this dealership. Riley convinced me to delete my previous bad review with the assurance that previously promised warranty w Problem after problem with this dealership. Riley convinced me to delete my previous bad review with the assurance that previously promised warranty work would be competed, which it still hasn't been. This work was promised to me by my salesman Patrick over a year ago. They also had to refinish my front bumper due to the clear coat peeling from their refinish job on trade-in, it peeled AGAIN. They then did another horrible repair job which I had to have redone.. again... I brought my vehicle in last month because my backup camera quit working, while it was there being assessed, I asked them to look at the sunroof because it was closing very slowly and would sometimes stop mid-close and start opening again. They charged me $140 to clean dirt out of my sunroof and left a dent on the door, which one of their employees said was probably from a tool being dropped on it. I called the next day as soon as I noticed it and the girl on the phone said it was no problem and they would look at it because they would need to determine if it just needed to be bumped out or if the door needed to be refinished. I just brought it in today for the appointment, and given the situation the man at the desk had to consult the service manager Jaime. He went back to her office multiple times to talk to her then return to me for more questions. Jaime walked past me multiple times and didn't even acknowledge me. They spent over 20 minutes taking pictures and ultimately told me it wouldn't be covered. I could rant on and on about this dealership. I went straight from Hyundai to other dealerships to look into trading this vehicle and am willing to take a big financial hit to cut all ties from the name Hyundai because this dealership has royally screwed me over. More

Worst possible experience, NEVER BUY A CAR HERE! we have been screwed around from day 1, promised the world, and nothing is ever actually taken care of. Just had to get our moon roof serviced about a month ago. Got home and realized a dent in the driver side door (which occurred while in the service bay), called in and were told there was a note on the account and it would be taken care of. Just brought the vehicle back to get looked at and they are not covering the problem. Now we have to cover yet another expense. Every time we turn around something is going wrong with the vehicle, and the service has ALWAYS been terrible. We will never EVER buy another vehicle from Hyundai, and we are trading this in at a different dealership today. SO FED UP we will never recommend any one purchase one from these typical greasy car salesmen. More

Finally feel safe! After becoming a mother it became apparent that my time was limited with my Volkswagen Beetle. I decided it was time and had been following Mark Sugar on social media for quite some time, I knew I wanted to deal with someone who I could genuinely trust as a person not just for my business. I came to see Mark Sugar and told him my needs and wants and he got me into exactly what I wanted, I feel safe and comfortable driving my new Kia Soul. It's absolutely perfect all around for my families needs and still looks super cute and not a "mom mobile" Neil was so helpful with helping us get the added warranty and all the paperwork and everything together so we understood exactly what we needed to know. We are so excited with our purchase and are so thankful for everyone's help in this transition. It's hard for me to move forward with so many changes lately but the Saskatoon Hyundai team made this really exciting for me instead of it being sad to see my beetle go away. I know 100% when I am ready to buy another beetle that I will be going back to Mark Sugar for his help again!!! More

I reached out to Mark letting him know that I needed guidance and he offered his assistance on the spot. Offered to meet me at anytime, anywhere to ensure I was getting the best "bang for my buck". More importantly, that I was making a wise investment. Mark dealt with me without any pressure. His complete candor and openness put me at ease. My intuition sensed I was in good hands. Funny how our bodies send us messages about our surroundings on a sub conscious level -- but they do! Mark worked hard to help me find what I was looking for. He listened carefully to my description of what my dream vehicle looked like. He took me through the process step by step which increased my confidence.
