Pleasant overall James was quite helpful right from the start. If he was busy, Andrew made sure we were taken care of. I admit I was quite frustrated at times but James made sure that I was satisfied in the end. Neil was absolutely excellent, helping me to understand my options and being honest about what I did and didn't need to keep my costs low but effective. HARD WORKING TEAM Went in to look at an Elantra and left with a Tucson. Once we decided on the Tucson the team worked hard to get us the vehicle we wanted.
