I drove away so very pleased and so excited about my Accent. I loved it. My new car and my new relationship with the Hyundai Dealership in Saskatoon was promising. My new car had everything on it that I had hoped for, yet the price was what I could afford. Other dealerships told me to sell my old Mazda privately but that was discouraging. But Dennis bought my Mazda from me for a reasonable price. I used it as a trade in and am so grateful for that. I was thrilled. I was impressed with Dennis. He is a good man and a good salesman. He is reassuring and knowledgeable about the car and the sales and explains all the aspects of 'buying' to the customer. He took time to teach me how to operate all the new buttons and knobs. He builds self-confidence in the new owner. Dennis smiles easily, yet sincerely. Dennis has a very professional demeanor. He also introduced me to the staff in the Service department. this sure helped me as yesterday I drove in confidently to exchange my tires. Spencer Boyenko, in the service department, remembered me and was also welcoming and friendly. I am a proud Hyundai owner and look forward to continuing all my car related business with Dennis in sales and Spencer in the Hyundai service department. Completely disrespectful of customer's personal info I purchased a car with Saskatoon Hyundai approximately two and a half years ago. I had a good experience during my purchase and left a happy customer. I purchased a car with Saskatoon Hyundai approximately two and a half years ago. I had a good experience during my purchase and left a happy customer. However, I have now been contacted three times within a 5 hour period by James Nickel from Saskatoon Hyundai, soliciting me to sell my car back to them. I received a phonecall from James Nickel of Saskatoon Hyundai today at roughly 2:30PM, which I ignored as I was at work at this time. James Nickel left a voicemail telling me that he was going through their records and saw that I had purchased a vehicle two and a half years ago that matches the description of a car his current customer was seeking and assumed I would like to sell it. After I ignored this voicemail due to being at work I received a text message about fifteen minutes after the phone call from James Nickel of Saskatoon Hyundai, proclaiming the same information as his voicemail. I excused myself from work and responded to his text message. I informed him that I have no interest in selling my car and I would appreciate if my personal information was not used for solicitation by Saskatoon Hyundai. I mentioned that I was under the impression that Saskatoon Hyundai would treat my personal information in a professional and private matter. I asked not to be contacted me again to do with this matter and to please remove my information from further solicitation attempts. At 7:30PM I received an automated solicitation attempt through my email. The email was not even addressed properly to me, simply stating "Hi, {First_name}" once again soliciting me to sell my car for the third time within five hours. I responded to the email, detailing why I would not be selling and asking that he not contact me again. This email bounced back as a failed delivery, proving that this was an automated email and not even a copy past effort on James Nickel's part. This is completely unacceptable. Previous customers' personal information should not be used for solicitation after they've made a very substantial purchase and placed a lot of trust in Saskatoon Hyundai. It is unacceptable that a salesperson continues to harass a previous customer after they have clearly asked not to be contact at all in the future. Saskatoon Hyundai needs to re-evaluate the way they treat their past customers. This sort of behaviour should worry any past, current or future customers of Saskatoon Hyundai. Their Salespeople have complete access to YOUR personal information. I have since moved but seeing as my Name, my Phone Number and my Email were all accessed by James Nickel, I have no doubt there was or will be a letter sent to my previous address on file as well. Shame on you James Nickel and shame on you Saskatoon Hyundai for not respecting your customers or their private and personal information. Go buy or sell your car somewhere else unless you like being solicited years after the transaction! More
