Very pleasant experience! I was not thinking of getting a new car but received a letter from Andrew Donlevy saying the dealership was looking for used SUV’s like mine. I made an appointment to see what they would offer me. That is when I met Tom Boldick. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at. He spent time discussing my needs and what I liked about my current SUV & what I “couldn’t live without”. He did not pressure me to buy a 2018 model even though they needed to sell them to make room for the 2019’s. (I was only interested in the 2019). After I bought my vehicle Tom went through all of it with me including setting up Bluetooth and BlueLink. He made sure I felt comfortable with everything before I left the dealership. Everyone else I met there including Walid Hassan, Maegan Kit and Andrew Donlevy were very helpful and made my buying experience quite pleasant! I have dealt with Spencer Boykeno in the service department with my previous vehicle and was always pleased with his service. I met him again after I purchased my new SUV and he made me feel confident that I will be well looked after when my vehicle needs service. More
