Willingness to help and ensure we were taken care of. On our way out of Saskatoon on Nov. 5 around 1330 we hit something on the road that blew our tire on the new overpass at McOrmond and College. Called tow truck to get tire repaired and Andrew to ask what they could do to help as we had bought our 2016 longhorn from him year and a half ago. He said to bring it in and would what they could do. We got there around 1600 and talked to Andrew who then introduced us to Brian the service manager. They took the truck in within 10 minutes. By 1820 we were on our way. They did a wheel alignment as the steering was out of whack. The mechanic Jeff said that truck is safe to drive but a claim would need to be done as there could be damage that he couldn’t see and that it’s not perfect but safe to get us back to Humboldt. Their professionalism and kindness was greatly appreciated and the help to get us back on the road will not be forgotten. Sent a text to Andrew on the 6th to thank them again ant too say that with staff like that and service like that, that is what keeps customers coming back. More

Couldn't ask for more friendly accommodating staff. I recently found myself in a bit of a pinch as my car had broke down just south of Saskatoon Saskatchewan and I had another 12 hours of driving to get I recently found myself in a bit of a pinch as my car had broke down just south of Saskatoon Saskatchewan and I had another 12 hours of driving to get to my destination in British Columbia. It was the middle of the night in mid October so not exactly warm by any means. I was able to get my car towed to a motel to spend the night. Upon waking up I had tried to diagnose my car with suspicion of electrical issues. With limited tools I couldn't do much. I happened to notice that there was a Hyundai dealership right across the road from the motel I had stayed overnight in. The car im driving is not a Hyundai and i was initially a little skeptical to go ask for help as I did not want to spend a lot of money on this car. I walked through the doors and a fellow had led me to the service department where I was greeted by Spencer Boyenko, service advisor for Saskatoon Hyundai. The guy was friendly, and listened to my "backyard mechanic" diagnosis :) I told him my situation and Spencer immediately grabbed one of his techs to do a load test on my car. I didn't even have to wait any time. He opened a bay door, i rolled the car in and he had his tech diagnose my charging system. This was all in a matter of minutes. Spencer had one of his co-workers on the phone immediately to find the best deal he could for me in finding a replacement alternator. He took my information and got me in the books right quick. Within ten minutes of walking through this dealership's doors ,Spencer had my car being taken apart and a new alternator being hot-shotted to the dealership for installation. They gave me very good pricing on the parts and the labour. For a guy like myself,who cringes at the thought of walking through a car dealership's doors, I am nothing short of ecstatic and impressed by the amazing, friendly service and fair pricing Saskatoon Hyundai has provided me with on such short notice. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone whether getting an oil change or buying a new car. Hands down best service I have received from any business in a very long time. More

I made an appointment to see what they would offer me. That is when I met Tom Boldick. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at. He spent time discussing my needs and what I liked about my current SUV & what I “couldn’t live without”. He did not pressure me to buy a 2018 model even though they needed to sell them to make room for the 2019’s. (I was only interested in the 2019). After I bought my vehicle Tom went through all of it with me including setting up Bluetooth and BlueLink. He made sure I felt comfortable with everything before I left the dealership. Everyone else I met there including Walid Hassan, Maegan Kit and Andrew Donlevy were very helpful and made my buying experience quite pleasant! I have dealt with Spencer Boykeno in the service department with my previous vehicle and was always pleased with his service. I met him again after I purchased my new SUV and he made me feel confident that I will be well looked after when my vehicle needs service. More
