Great customer service, and the staff knows their stuff I was recommended by a friend to come in and see Travis. Travis is friggen amazing and helped me find a great deal within my budget. All the staff are kind and courteous, even though I didn't deal with them all. They're always busy working away, even if is just little things like filling the coffee in the waiting area (which is lovely, btw). More

This was my first time buying a new vehicle and I went to seven different places to ensure I was educated and secure in my purchase. Tahir was very knowledgeable and really did his very best to ensure I got the features I needed, while staying in my budget. I really appreciated his humour and kindness. I was impressed with the way Walid and Andrew dealt with the financial aspect and ensuring I felt comfortable with my purchase. Everyone on their staff made me feel valued. On this occasion I sent an Email on Saturday to see if Dennis Hoffart was still a sales rep at this dealership. Dennis was away but I received a prompt follow up from Dan Klassen. The following week I enquired about a couple of vehicles at their Saskatoon South location. Dennis narrowed down my preference and had the vehicle available for a test drive on Wednesday as I work out of town. Thursday we sat down with Neil Ward and finalised all the paperwork. Did a complete walk through of the vehicle and then visited the service department and was told about the first oil change on the house. No pushy sales tactics and a relatively stress free encounter. Have another great looking vehicle and was extremely pleased with the whole process. More

Lack Integrity Very poor! Test drove vehicle and was satisfied with result, made offer and manager said vehicle had not finished 109 point inspection and servicing y Very poor! Test drove vehicle and was satisfied with result, made offer and manager said vehicle had not finished 109 point inspection and servicing yet so that had to be completed before they could tell us whether they could accept our offer. It basically was not ready to leave the dealership yet until that step was completed, and they had parts on order for it. They also said they'd show us the list of all works done and parts put on vehicle before final purchase. They then scheduled an appointment for next evening to see vehicle a 2nd time as work would be completed by that evening. We were under impression we were making a deal on it and had first chance, as it was not ready to be sold at that point yet. Next day, we are getting ready to come in and see the vehicle again and we get a rude phone call from Travis saying the vehicle was sold! (???). So we were told it wasn't finished being pre-tripped to sell so that's why we had to wait until next day, then they sell it under our nose? What crooked lousy policy! Useless dealer avoid you can't trust what they say. Go elsewhere, avoid these clowns. More
