As I can see he’s seen my texts (ISO) and I’ve called many times looking for an update. The man as no business sense to him & will now face criminal charges. DO NOT GO HERE. More

I can understand that it cannot be made like new, so I can live with that. However, when cleaning the headlights, the solution used left streaks of a white color extremely visible, which could not be wiped or cleaned with regular car detergents, impending the distance of the beam efficiency. When I returned to ask for an explanation, I was told that the streaks are from the inside of the headlight, maybe condensation. Who in his right mind wipes the inside of the headlight ? Since I don't like to be treated like an idiot, when I got home, I started polishing the headlights with a MGuire buffer and headlight cleaning solution, and right away it started clearing up. I can provide photos of the headlights including the polished area I started. Try to avoid this place, find another place even if you pay a bit more.... More

Great customer service I had a mixed opinion on Sam's Auto after I bought my car, but he turned it around for me with his customer service. I bought a 2010 Hyundai Elantra f I had a mixed opinion on Sam's Auto after I bought my car, but he turned it around for me with his customer service. I bought a 2010 Hyundai Elantra from him and it started having some transmission problems about a week later. I figured I had been sold a lemon and it made me pretty angry. I drove it straight back to Sam's and told him the problems expecting to have to argue and he simply apologized and did the fixes for me for no charge. It was some really great customer service and now my car is working great. I will bring it back here for maintenance and any other time I need a car!! More
