I didn't even have to negotiate that because it was the lowest price for that make and model that I coudn't find on Auto trader. Car works great. Thank you Sam! More

I honestly don't understand the other reviewers here I've bought two used cars now from Sam's Auto and the paperwork was clear, the price was as advertised, and the cars work perfectly. "Scammers & Crooks" Beware Beware of this place. I was charged $2500.00 more then the asking price. When we caught him with that increase he claimed it was $1500.00 for Beware Beware of this place. I was charged $2500.00 more then the asking price. When we caught him with that increase he claimed it was $1500.00 for warranty and $1000.00 for finance transaction. For those who don't know in Ontario we have an all in pricing that means advertised price plus HST and licencing. I tried my best to reason with Sam but he kept insisting it was a extra warranty charge witch it was no where on the paper work so he refused to refund it. I called OMVIC and faxed all the documents i had and they said try one more time if will not cooperate we will intervene. I conveyed the message to owner Sam he was stubborn and decided to cancel the deal instead of refunding. At the end we came to an agreement to refund the full $1500.00 plus taxes. Three weeks later nothing came after calling Sam decided to send $1000.00 only and when we asked Sam why he says because i gave you 500.00 discount i said the refund is for a product that we don't want. Again i tried my best to settle with him but typical greedy person he is. For the record i did come to an agreement with the finance company and they refunded 500.00. I would not writing this review if he would have worked with us and come to a conclusion. Next step is OMVIC again More
