Even as my friend told me he had a bad feeling, I still went forward, not assuming the worst of people. Car was promised to be ready in a week. Took 3 weeks to get the dash temperature gauge working. 5 weeks after that I realized he would never honor our agreement to fix things he promised to. I demanded his personal cellphone after the counter attendant rocko argued with my fiancé claiming we must be crazy to think we had waited over 7 weeks. During a screaming match I showed him all of my paper worked and he stubbornly came around, agreed he had made a mistake and backed off. All texts sent to Sam shown as read (ios) and when I got mad and had to go into the shop, was given excuses ranging from bad cell reception to being out of town. The only thing he did on time was cash my certified cheque. Gave me 4 bad alternators... destroyed the oil filter replacing them. Left giant, what looked like chestnuts and leaves in my fan system and without permission stripped the cloth accents on the doors off. One door had a bit hanging and I asked them to glue it.. instead they removed it and left and awedul mess on the doors. I could literally go on for atleast 700 more words but in conclusion avoid this place. This is the horrible con artist salesmen who rip people off in the movies. Fake online reviews to make you think he's legit. If the car was worth more I'd have gone to court. Save yourself a nightmare and look elsewhere. More

Made buying very easy I was always afraid to buy from independent used dealer but when I went to Sam's Auto @ 1699 upperjames Street for a vehicle I seen online. I sent them an E-mail for to view and test drive, had a response back in 4 minutes from Sam, we arranged a time of when to view, when I approached to car lot noticed vehicle right away that I needed to test drive it was parked in front of office running with A/C turned on as it was very Hot Day Sam greeted with my name as he knew I was coming at this time. Photo copied my Driver License. Took my phone number gave me his business card and asked me to enjoy the ride. After I came back Sam asked me how was the ride nothing I have noticed I told him he explained yo that the process this dealership follows is on signing contract $500 deposit will be required takes them approx 2-4 business days to have the vehicle certified emission tested and registered under your name with plates and fully Detailed. At that time I was really comfortable leaving the Full amount by cheq as also promised me a 30 day warranty on the vehicle after picking it up also he recommended me to take it to a mechanic or Canadian tire for full inspection to bond the trust and quality of work they provided. I highly recommend anyone needs to buy a vehicle to go see Sam AT SAM'S AUTO 1699 UPPERJAMES STREET. Good Job Sam Thank you very much for your honesty and hard work. More

The moment I started asking more questions, they just ignored my email. I sent another email and included the message from the previous email that they ignored and this time they replied saying they didn't receive any email, and yet again didn't answer what I asked, so I sent another email and no response yet. I wanna make sure the car I buy is in good condition and that the dealer is being honest about the condition of the car. Them ignoring my emails just clearly shows they are either hiding something or just aren't sure about the car themselves. So please buyers beware. More
