HORRIBLE!!! The people I dealt with were absolutely horrible people. The salesperson just smiled at me when I asked for a breakdown of the numbers and never showed me the full price I'd be paying.The manager I dealt with literally said he didn't care how much money I spent, all he cared about was making a sale when I told him I couldn't afford the vehicle. They make you feel stupid and take advantage of you. The GM is never available and never calls you back to even try to salvage a sale. All complaints I had went unanswered. Overall, I was treated extremely poorly. I would never return or purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I lost a deposit on a vehicle because of their poor salesmanship. Such a horrible experience! Avoid this place at all cost! One star is the lowest I can rate them; and it's well deserved! More

I'd give the sales department two stars only because the gentleman I was dealing with (Tyler) was super helpful. But he was the only one. The service department is the worst in all Nissan dealerships in Calgary (I've almost tried them all!). I had to travel 4 times to their shop to change my defected car speaker. First time I went there, they forgot about my appointment and said they are sorry. The second time, they said they have changed the speaker for me, but they lied. Third time, they said they didn't receive the part they ordered, but they didn't tell me and they didn't cancel my appointment. To make it even worst, I had free services on my packages, but they charged me for it. They also charged me for extra maintenance on my car that wasn't necessary and I didn't ask for it. This is how they replied when I contacted them: "We are all independently owned and charge what we feel is fair for the work that gets done. " More

He made sure to call and check in both before and after picking up the vehicle. The day I went to pick up my vehicle I had Vincent picked me up at my home & drove me to the dealership. Vincent went over everything with me in great detail and made sure everything was OK. We would have no problem working with Vincent again. We had a great experience with Royal Oak Nissan and would recommend them to other potential buyers. More
Great experience with great Sales Reps! I recently went in to buy a new vehicle and had Collin helping me out. Collin was professional and extremely patient with all my questions and concer I recently went in to buy a new vehicle and had Collin helping me out. Collin was professional and extremely patient with all my questions and concerns. Collin made sure to call and check in both before and after picking up the vehicle. I did have some issues with the individual I dealt with in the finance department but Collin made sure to take care of the issue immediately. Customer service at its best! The day I went to pick up my vehicle I had Henry helping me out. Henry went over everything with me in great detail and did so with a great attitude. I appreciated Henry's enthusiasm and knowledge of my vehicle. Overall I had a great experience with Royal Oak Nissan and would recommend them to other potential buyers. More

Highly recommend sales person vincent Wong I am not happy with Sales Manager sales skill. He did not make any effort to make the deal. We recommended this dealership to our family and friends and 2 cars were bought by our family friends. We are very disappointed this time by manager's sales skill. He did not close the deal for just 200 dollars discount we were asking for and we walked out of Nissan dealership very disappointed. However, Sales person Vincent Wong made all possible efforts to close the deal and we end up buying this vehicle. More

The problem was the age-old Price A (the quote on the service) and Price B (the cost of the service at pickup). Guess what? You won't be surprised! Price B was substantially higher than Price A! Voodoo costing! If you want to go to Royal Oak for the service, the work will probably be okay. BUT, make absolutely certain that any quote you get for service work done, you get in some text format for later reference! More
Terrible customer service and not organized at all I took my murano there for service, they inspected it and determined that the recall was applicable to my car and they ordered the part for it, then t I took my murano there for service, they inspected it and determined that the recall was applicable to my car and they ordered the part for it, then they call me saying that the part arrived and I made an appointment to get it replaced, I live in Fort Mcmurray so I drove 8 hrs to get this done and also took a day off work to get this done, when I take the vehicle there, 2 hrs later I get a call saying that my car was done, after I got there it turns out that the recall was not applicable to my car and basically I had wasted my time going there because someone couldn't do his job properly. The part that makes me mad the most is not this, is the fact that the service advisor was not friendly at all about it, actually she seemed really mad because I was upset because I had wasted a vacation day, drove 1600kms between there and back home and all for nothing. She was not friendly at all, she literally said "I don't know who looked at your car when you were here before, I just know that I doesn't need the part" like pretty much saying I don't care just leave me alone. She left me there at the counter and went back to her desk. I went in the service manager office and he was better to deal with. If you go to this dealer, avoid Rebecca Lane. And to end my day, I see my car was "washed" but it just seems like they dragged all the dirt on it with rags, and now after I actually washed it properly, you can see all kinds of scratches all over my paint, my vehicle is black and it sucks that they ruined it now for me. Horrible sales and customer service We came in at the dealership on May 6 with the intention to buy a new car and was assisted by Bob who was very accommodating. I mentioned to him about an article I read about a Calgary couple who can't get their deposit back from a Nissan dealership in Calgary when they changed their minds and he (Bob) said it will not happen with them as they will return it. So after the road test, we asked how much the car is, he didn't give us the price instead he asked how much can we afford per month. Then showed us the interest rates if we get it as is or with a discount. And to get the information we needed, we had to make a deposit of $2500. Then we were asked what we want: model, color, interior, etc. After making the deposit, Tyler made us sign all the documents without saying that it is non-refundable and the car will be immediately ordered. In the following days, he asked a lot of documents from us. By May 11, we informed him that we have decided to cancel our application as we realized we are to pay $1000 per month for 8 years. Then Jaydon responded that we cannot cancel anymore as our loan has been approved and the car is on its way to the dealership. Several emails were exchanged in the days followed then we informed him we are coming in on June 2. He did not inform us that he will be out on that day, therefore another manager met with us, Moe. He got our file then we told him we want our deposit back and he said he cannot release it because we signed all the documents and they got the car. So we tried to explain that we were not told about the non-refundable deposit if we decide to cancel, that Bob assured us that the deposit will be returned, and that we cancelled even before they got us approved. And the worst part of that meeting is the way that manager dealt with us: he treated us like we are idiots, showing us the documents we signed so we shouldn't be complaining and he accused us of not being forthcoming with our concern. Instead of explaining to us in a regretful and understanding tone why it is not possible for him to release the deposit, he made us feel stupid. More
