I called yesterday about seasonal winter tire swap and they were able to book me in the next day. Service was good as usual and was greeted by a nice lady who always offers me a coffee. The service I received was very poor. They lost the piece that takes the lug nuts off my tires and wanted to charge me $250 to take them off and put regular lug nuts on. I went in for an oil change, my appointment was for 1 pm and at 3 pm, they finally looked at my car. I'm 84 years old and should not be treated this way, just because I'm an older woman!! Every time I have brought my car to Rose City, there has been a problem. They are rude and never even apologize for their mistakes. I can't wait till my warranty is done. I will never deal with this company again. I'm very upset and disappointed with how I've been treated since I've owned my vehicle brand new for a few years now!!!🙁☹️😡 More
