DISAPPOINTMENT! Very disappointed to the outcome of the servicing of my brand new car that I just picked up on Friday Dec 6th. We noticed a ding on the door. Mauro Very disappointed to the outcome of the servicing of my brand new car that I just picked up on Friday Dec 6th. We noticed a ding on the door. Mauro was able to get my car in on the following Tuesday to fix the ding. During the weekend, an alert message appeared requiring service. Through my Ford pass the message was for Power train/ 4WD and sent the message to Mauro. The ding was fixed perfectly but was told by the technician that he can't find any error when he scanned it. I was sent home without resolving the alert ⚠️ issue. That same evening driving home the alert appeared again and was told to bring it in AGAIN on Friday which we did and told the same story, can't determine what's wrong with it and again sent my car home 2nd time WITHOUT RESOLUTION. Also since i don't have nitrogen at home, my tires set point of 33 psi was reading low so I asked them to top them up. When I arrived home noticed they were OVER INFLATED to 40 psi. The next day the same fault message appeared so I called someone at Joe Meloche. He ask for my VIN and was able to tell me what's wrong with the car SIGHT UNSEEN and told me to bring it in this Thursday Dec 19th for a software update. How are your technicians unable to troubleshoot this issue twice!!??? This has ruined my first new car experience with Ford. More
