We were pleased with the unsolicited price reduction they offered, so chose not to haggle for a lower price, and the fact that Rick agreed to meet us on a holiday Monday for us to take posssession of the vehicle really impressed us. Kerry also made life easier for us by devising a clever way to keep our up front costs very negligible! We also had a really amicable call from the owner Ben and, in short, we found all three gentlemen to be highly ethical and committed to customer satisfaction. They really go the extra mile for you I arrived in Alberta needing a car immediately as I just moved from Ontario. I explained I'd be living in a community without paved roads and Rick and staff recommended a variety of vehicles for me to test drive. They helped me make the right choice for my situation. Rick personally drove me to get the insurance and license plate. Kerry took me for test drive and recommended the vehicles for me, then helped me find insurance. Overall it only took a few hours to look at, test drive, compare, choose and do the paper work for me vehicle. Everyone made sure I was happy with my experience. They even let me bring my dog inside! Great Service....Very Helpful.... Super Friendly....... My family and I were on vacation and stopped in Rocky Mountain House for groceries. When we finished shopping and headed back out on the main roads my My family and I were on vacation and stopped in Rocky Mountain House for groceries. When we finished shopping and headed back out on the main roads my vehicle started making some weird noises and shaking the truck quite badly. We searched out the local Dodge Dealership which was thankfully only a 5 minute drive away for us. Of course, this had to happen on a Saturday! Thankfully Rocky Mountain Dodge had 3 mechanics on duty, a Service Manager with a Heart (Thanks Vern), a willingness to assist us in a pinch, and connections to arrange for local parts. They were able to diagnose, locate parts, install, test and get us back on the road within 3 hours(While tackling a couple Chrysler recalls to boot!) You guys are great in my books and I hope this gets you a few new customers! You deserve it! Well Done! More

Told the very personable Ricky what I was looking for and that I didn't want to do any sales-games. Test drove, arrived at a price and had paperwork to sign for this vehicle in 45 minutes. Some bit of sales-speak with the Manager but he managed to keep himself mostly in check. Ricky was very earnest, actually listened to what I said and acted on it with no sales-games. There was a thorough inclusion of everything the dealership had checked and fixed on the vehicle (impressively more points check than most dealerships) and a quality run-through of all the buttons and controls. It did take rather long to get the keys and be gone at the end but I appreciated the effort put into the post-sale familiarisation. Ricky followed up the purchase the next week and again 4 or 5 weeks later to ensure customer satisfaction. Overall, an excellent experience. I've ended up with a vehicle that I really enjoy driving and that I think I can rely on. Thank you, Ricky. More
