We were pleased with the unsolicited price reduction they offered, so chose not to haggle for a lower price, and the fact that Rick agreed to meet us on a holiday Monday for us to take posssession of the vehicle really impressed us. Kerry also made life easier for us by devising a clever way to keep our up front costs very negligible! We also had a really amicable call from the owner Ben and, in short, we found all three gentlemen to be highly ethical and committed to customer satisfaction. They really go the extra mile for you I arrived in Alberta needing a car immediately as I just moved from Ontario. I explained I'd be living in a community without paved roads and Rick and staff recommended a variety of vehicles for me to test drive. They helped me make the right choice for my situation. Rick personally drove me to get the insurance and license plate. Kerry took me for test drive and recommended the vehicles for me, then helped me find insurance. Overall it only took a few hours to look at, test drive, compare, choose and do the paper work for me vehicle. Everyone made sure I was happy with my experience. They even let me bring my dog inside! Great Service! With the help of Kerry I was able to find the truck I wanted and negotiate a deal over the phone as I returned from Winnipeg on a Saturday.
