Some bit of sales-speak with the Manager but he managed to keep himself mostly in check. Ricky was very earnest, actually listened to what I said and acted on it with no sales-games. There was a thorough inclusion of everything the dealership had checked and fixed on the vehicle (impressively more points check than most dealerships) and a quality run-through of all the buttons and controls. It did take rather long to get the keys and be gone at the end but I appreciated the effort put into the post-sale familiarisation. Ricky followed up the purchase the next week and again 4 or 5 weeks later to ensure customer satisfaction. Overall, an excellent experience. I've ended up with a vehicle that I really enjoy driving and that I think I can rely on. Thank you, Ricky. More

During the past winter I realized that I need a new vehicle with all wheel drive. Everyone did their best to get me into my new Journey. I need to upgrade as I use my vehicle for work. Great Service I was visiting family in Rocky this past June 17/18, 2017 when my Jeep's water pump breathed its last breath. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful; they even had treats handy for my dog :) They had the part in stock and I was on my way 4 short hours later.
