Did not buy one on the day I test drove, but proceeded over a couple of months to negotiate the entire transaction by Whatsapp both inside and outside of business hours, while I was in the US, Europe, and Canada -- Johnson was always available by Whatsapp message. He really knows what it means to work hard. Final documents were exchanged electronically, and I went to pick up the car -- no fuss. Johnson really takes advantage of technology to serve the customer. I would recommend him, and the dealership should be delighted with his work effort. More
Poor Service Department. Very poor service from service staff. Only interested in your money. Denied to to honor warranty services. Even though I was in the system. Told me to drive an hour home and come back. Just to glance at the card. Straight up poor service. Almost 2hrs for an oil change with appointment. Called my older car garbage car behind my back. More

Bad service I had couple of experiences where they didn't do anything for the car even I went there with the problem 5-6 times. First I had problem with the car battery as car won't start when I stop somewhere and restart.Then I had to call roadside assistance to boost the battery.After every incident I took the car to them they didn't do anything..I paid to change battery.Now with driver seat window became noisy,I went to roadsport 5 times they didn't do anything but I got it done in another Honda dealer service. Informed roadsport service manager that there was problem with door and changed a regulator in the door. Roadsport didn't even bother to check it although I went there many times with the same issue. My experiences with the Roadsport Honda service Center is very bad. More

The assistance my husband, Tim, and I received My appreciation on Roadsport Honda dated back from 2014 when my family was facing some difficult time. The assistance my husband, Tim, and I received from this company since then, made us believe that the difficulty we had in 2014 will definitely turn around some day. Tim and I have made a promise that when life situation allowed, we will go back to the same dealer, the same sales person for 2 new cars. The time comes. We kept our promise. Thank God, the same sales person is still around. This time Alan went the extra mile. He assisted me to get in touch with Honda Canada Finance to find out what happened with the crashed car situation. It is so much easier for dealer to communicate with the leasing company who seemed more willingly giving out information that I need to know. Not only that, because Alan was involved, leasing company would speak with insurance company right away to resolve some issues. That saved some phone tagging time which I don't have. Alan even drove me home after I had to give up my rental car. He picked me up from home to the dealer to pick up the new car. This is really the first time I have experienced such royal service; and I really appreciate that. Thank you Alan for a great experience - from both Tim and Miranda. 😀 More
