DONT GO TO Saju Abhraham first of all my english is not that good i bought brand new civic from Saju abraham .he gave me a quote for my car that was 100cad more that mr. char first of all my english is not that good i bought brand new civic from Saju abraham .he gave me a quote for my car that was 100cad more that mr. charles (who works in roadsport) gave to my friend for the same car.when i asked saju why my friend got less quote for the same car he said he calulated something by mistake and took gave me the same quote,and he offered me compliementary dashcam, all weather mats and front parking sensor if i buy the new civic.when i got the receipt of my car he didn't mention those complimentary items there.i asked him why you didn't included my complimentary items there,he promised me don't worry he will give me those items once he deliver the car. on the delivery day he acted like he was kind of busy and told me to come after one week to collect those items.after that i called him several time he didn't pick the call.then i called from another number after a month and i disturbed him.now you guys think that i could have buy it myself.yes ofcourse if i can buy a car i can afford all theses things,but he is from kerala,india am also an immigrant from kerala. we all work hard here,why he has to cheat some?so i purposely disturbed him by my calls at last about one and half month he took the call and told me to come and collect it.i went there he gave me an allweather mat ,thats not even from honda,its some chinese brand from online cost 20cad and he said i gave your dash cam and front parking sensor to some other client so i will call you when i get another.after that he never picked my call. please guys this is what happened to me.i know every malayalee come here and work hard to earn.please dont go to this guy.until we pay the downpayment he will act like a decent guy and calls you every morning to ask about our decision about the car.but once we paid he doesnt even care about it. please be aware about it.all of you guys are my brothers and sisters.please dont be cheated. he tell to every guys "ne aayathu kondu njan kurachu tara," njan aara avante thantha ano? except saju abhraham i give honda road sport 5 rating if anybody wants to see me or contact me please contact me through rudvitaly@gmail.com(its my another mail and am not rud vitaly ram cheers) More

Terrible Service Booked an appointment 1 month ago to have my winter tires installed. Maybe you should service the customers who have scheduled appointments rather then the people who just drive in with no appointment. This is the 3rd. time I have had problems with the dealership in the last year. I will no longer take my vehicles to this location and recommend that you do the same. I was going to purchase a new car from them in the spring, but no longer will be. Both Tiger Sabarillo and Alex Thai are extremely RUDE. More

Unprofessional, dishonest and improper documentation. I made an appointment here while my car was under warranty to have the Bluetooth checked as it was not working. When I arrived, the attendant didn't I made an appointment here while my car was under warranty to have the Bluetooth checked as it was not working. When I arrived, the attendant didn't even take my name and basically told me the problem was with my phone. No proper diagnostic was done or recorded. I was never able to get it to work. I asked about this again recently when I got an oil change here. This time they told me it was my car (surprisingly now that the warranty is done, it's the car). They made a hand written note on my paperwork about the replacement required and told me to call Honda Canada to see if they would cover it. I've been going back and forth with honda and now they are telling me the dealership has no record that I've ever reported a Bluetooth problem. So basically, the dealership does not do proper diagnostics nor do they record customer interactions or anything they tell the customers regarding issues with their vehicle. I wonder what else they didnt document that will come back to void my warranty later. I will certainly NEVER go back here and will think twice about buying a Honda next time. Johnson Chu is a commercial machine. Great sales person I appeared on only one occasion to drive a couple of CR-V's. Johnson was entirely straightforward as to the condition of each car. Did not buy one on the day I test drove, but proceeded over a couple of months to negotiate the entire transaction by Whatsapp both inside and outside of business hours, while I was in the US, Europe, and Canada -- Johnson was always available by Whatsapp message. He really knows what it means to work hard. Final documents were exchanged electronically, and I went to pick up the car -- no fuss. Johnson really takes advantage of technology to serve the customer. I would recommend him, and the dealership should be delighted with his work effort. More
