Brittany and Monica are always so nice and accommodating. If the service is going to take more than a day they always give me a loaner, and not send me through the hassle of a rental car company like other dealerships I've been to. The service department customer service is what lead me to consider a new vehicle from straightline, which I have just purchased. My Dream Dealership My purchase at Straightline was a dream come true. Our sales representative, Mark Gohmann was absolutely the best. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to find me the vehicle that I wanted, at the price and equipment level I wanted. My Jeep was located at another dealer 600 km away. Mark arranged for It to be transported to Fort Saskatchewan at no cost to me. My Trailhawk was exactly as described, no surprises. As an example of going the extra mile, Mark picked me up at my home in Edmonton and we drove to Fort Saskatchewan to complete the sales paperwork and payment. At no time during our purchase was I pressured to "over buy", or up-sold anything I didn't want or feel necessary. I feel very good about my new Jeep and the very good price I paid. No buyer's remorse here. I was referred to Straightline by a friend and colleague who also had only the best to say of her purchase last year. Excellent Staff I came into the dealership after realizing I had a leak in my fuel tank after hitting something on the highway.
