After telling him we were simply looking he did not brush us of nor change his attitude (this had happened at other places). He answered all our questions and supplied us with the information we requested. His knowledge and suggestions red arson our future purchase we found both informative and genuine. When the time is right for us, there is no question as to where and whom we will be dealing with. We know that if he (William) took this much pride and effort to help when we had made it clear we are not buying right away, it's obvious he will be just as attentive and helpful when we do purchase our new vehicle.
