We had a major oil problem with our engine that was discovered when we were ge My wife and I ran into some vehicle issues on Friday, October 27, 2018. We had a major oil problem with our engine that was discovered when we were getting an oil change prior to our trip to Cranbrook, BC. After recognizing that we could not make the trip in the vehicle we had, we brought it over to Straightline Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram. We were waiting in the Service part of the facility trying to come up with an idea of how to get ourselves to Cranbrook as I was the DJ and my wife was the Photographer for a wedding the next day. Jake approached me and I told him about what happened. He told me to sit tight for 1 minute. He returned and told me that Straightline could get me and my wife out on the road in a brand new 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan. My wife & I happily said "Ok let's see what we can do" Jake brought over a sparkling new Crystal Black Dodge Grand Caravan and I was hooked. The only issue that we had was the wait for the bank to send over information. As the dealership is an open format facility, my wife and I immediately took note that the whole staff were working as hard as they could to speed the process up. Long story short, we made it to Cranbrook, worked the wedding and got a brand new van out of this experience and we could not be happier. Jake understood how we felt and did everything in his power to help us. Karen was fantastic as well. She was extremely efficient & speedy. I apologize as I can not remember the name of the 3rd person involved (I think it may be Chad or Chris?) but everyone who was involved in this purchase was impeccable. As we run our own business and preach to our clients that we are open, transparent and pride ourselves on our commitment & performance, we can say we experienced those exact same traits while we were at Straightline. Finance department takes their time to go over everything carefully with you. Explained in detail there extended warranty services. we bought a 2016 Dodge Ram truck and I have to say this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. When I was having trouble deciding between 2 trucks they actually encouraged me to go home and sleep on it. I am definitely going to send my family and friends in this direction. We need more dealerships like straightline. More
