Customer service experience I was looking to purchase a new or used Jeep Grande Cherokee, during the month of December 2017, and accordingly got in touch with Trent and Jake to t I was looking to purchase a new or used Jeep Grande Cherokee, during the month of December 2017, and accordingly got in touch with Trent and Jake to that end, at Straightline Chrysler in Fort Saskatchewan . I met with Trent, who in turn, referred me to Jake Purves, a junior sales person, just getting started in his career. I dealt with Jake for a continuous period of about 3 weeks during my search. Jake would go out of his way to accommodate me and was always diligent in providing information I required. He seems to have a very good knowledge of their products, was always obliging during test drives with the different models available. He was informative and eager to help his clients at all times. If he did not know the answer to my question, he would find out. He has a personality that seems to put customers at ease when they approach him for assistance and is most eager to help them find the right vehicle for their needs. As well, the dealership seem to provide the same customer relations attitudes, and I always felt comfortable in my dealing with their friendly staff and the dealership itself. They seem to possess a good balance between corporate business and customer relations. Good work Jake, keep it up. More

Explained in detail there extended warranty services. we bought a 2016 Dodge Ram truck and I have to say this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. When I was having trouble deciding between 2 trucks they actually encouraged me to go home and sleep on it. I am definitely going to send my family and friends in this direction. We need more dealerships like straightline. More
