I never have to worry about getting ripped off, and they are very honest about what actually needs to get done and not trying to push all the extras. Brittany and Monica are always so nice and accommodating. If the service is going to take more than a day they always give me a loaner, and not send me through the hassle of a rental car company like other dealerships I've been to. The service department customer service is what lead me to consider a new vehicle from straightline, which I have just purchased. The service department really knows the true meaning of customer service. I live downtown Edmonton but will always make the trek to Fort Saskatchewan for the great value straightline provides. More

My Dream Dealership My purchase at Straightline was a dream come true. Our sales representative, Mark Gohmann was absolutely the best. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to find me the vehicle that I wanted, at the price and equipment level I wanted. My Jeep was located at another dealer 600 km away. Mark arranged for It to be transported to Fort Saskatchewan at no cost to me. My Trailhawk was exactly as described, no surprises. As an example of going the extra mile, Mark picked me up at my home in Edmonton and we drove to Fort Saskatchewan to complete the sales paperwork and payment. At no time during our purchase was I pressured to "over buy", or up-sold anything I didn't want or feel necessary. I feel very good about my new Jeep and the very good price I paid. No buyer's remorse here. I was referred to Straightline by a friend and colleague who also had only the best to say of her purchase last year. I will definitely be recommending Mark to my family and friends for their future vehicles. Karen Dixon and Amber Roy in the finance department were great. They seamlessly arranged for my registration and new license plate which was installed when I took possession. Another example of going the extra mile, and one less thing for me to look after. Excellent Staff I came into the dealership after realizing I had a leak in my fuel tank after hitting something on the highway. Average I was not as sharp as I should have been. I let myself be sold things that I did not need, such as extended warranty, tire warranty and vehicle prote I was not as sharp as I should have been. The sales person who went over the vehicle with me when I picked the vehicle up was very helpful and new the vehicle well. The sales manager was eager to make a deal but should have spent a little more time explaining the costs of the add ons. The onus falls on me to be sharper as I feel I signed the papers with Karen a little blindly. Karen the financial person did her best to get me a warranty that better suited my driving needs after I complained about the original contract. More

Friendly salesmen and service department The truck I bought was missing some options like command start witch I assumed it would have since I asked for the new truck (2017) to be exactly the The truck I bought was missing some options like command start witch I assumed it would have since I asked for the new truck (2017) to be exactly the same as my last one (2013).Then one tire sensor didn't work so service looked at it (2.5 hrs later) and now non of them work and the seat cooling system under the drivers side makes a loud noise when it is on. overall pretty dissapointing for a repeat costumer.
