Average I was not as sharp as I should have been. I let myself be sold things that I did not need, such as extended warranty, tire warranty and vehicle prote I was not as sharp as I should have been. I let myself be sold things that I did not need, such as extended warranty, tire warranty and vehicle protection that I could have bought cheaper elsewhere.The sales person needs to know his vehicles better and was not there to go over the vehicle with me when I picked it up. The sales person who went over the vehicle with me when I picked the vehicle up was very helpful and new the vehicle well. The sales manager was eager to make a deal but should have spent a little more time explaining the costs of the add ons. The onus falls on me to be sharper as I feel I signed the papers with Karen a little blindly. Karen the financial person did her best to get me a warranty that better suited my driving needs after I complained about the original contract. More

Friendly salesmen and service department The truck I bought was missing some options like command start witch I assumed it would have since I asked for the new truck (2017) to be exactly the The truck I bought was missing some options like command start witch I assumed it would have since I asked for the new truck (2017) to be exactly the same as my last one (2013).Then one tire sensor didn't work so service looked at it (2.5 hrs later) and now non of them work and the seat cooling system under the drivers side makes a loud noise when it is on. overall pretty dissapointing for a repeat costumer.
