Sales experience I was in the market for a new vehicle. I started out at the dealership where I purchased my last vehicle. Unfortunately - no one in the showroom see I was in the market for a new vehicle. I started out at the dealership where I purchased my last vehicle. Unfortunately - no one in the showroom seemed to notice I was there. As a female, shopping for cars has always been a challenge, unless I had a male companion. I abandoned the prospect of brand loyalty and was convinced I should switch to Ford. I deliberately went to River City Ford alone. I was greeted on the steps of the dealership by Daren Lusty who proceeded to discuss my needs and provide information. I didn't have to stand around seeking a sales rep. It was very refreshing. I bought a Ford Escape - partly because of that vehicle which suited my needs but also because of my sales experience. When Daren wasn't readily available during one of my visits, one of his co-workers quickly stepped in and assisted. I was impressed with the teamwork. I would recommend Daren to anyone who is looking for a vehicle - I believe he is genuinely interested in the needs of the customer. More

Darren listened to my questions and gave me good information with which I made my decision and I have not been sorry for one moment. I purchased my Ford Escape late a November and love it. I love the car and I am a big fan of Darren Lusty as well as River City Ford for putting me the customer first.. Everything I was told is true and dealing with Cristle in financing was a good experience. I tell all of my friends and family what a great experience I had with the dealership and the staff. Most of all I just love driving my beautiful Ford Escape! More

The 'non-commissioned sales staff' atmosphere is fabulous!! After a couple of visits with a great sales guy and the financing department we decided on a 2014 F150 !! We love our new truck and our painless buying experience ..... Infact, in December 2014 we went back to River City Ford, dealt with the same great sales guy and purchased a second truck - a 2015 F250 diesel. And, the very next day, our teenage son stopped in at River CIty Ford to check things out and came home with a brand new 2015 F150 ... We were hoping that we might get a buy 3 get one free deal but .... NOT (Go figure) Definitely a great place to lease and/or buy a new vehicle. Be sure to ask for Justin when you go and tell him Kerri & Keith sent you !! More
