the service quality I have been a fan of river city Ford since it was cam Clark Ford. It has only become better. My salesperson is Tyler Allen. He is very personable and I have been a fan of river city Ford since it was cam Clark Ford. It has only become better. My salesperson is Tyler Allen. He is very personable and courteous. The reason I keep coming back here is these sales representatives do not work on commission so there is absolutely pressure to sell the vehicle. It is a very laid back,and fun experience. Tyler was very patient and very knowledgeable. He was thorough in finding out my needs and requirements and we proceeded from that point. All my needs were addressed and fulfilled. I was to pick up my car this morning but due to high volume in the shop, would have had to come back tomorrow. Tyler went extra mile(25 kms) and is having it delivered to my house tonight. AWESOME!! Also the financial part was lots of fun..if ever parting with money can be fun..Elliot Olin is wonderful at his job. Everything was clearly explained to me in terms I can understand. He does tend to be somewhat of a squirrel.. had many side conversations not finance related..This is not a criticism..squirrel are fun!. I cannot finish this without also commending your maintenance staff..since this is my 4th purchase from this dealership..Darren Thiessen has over the years picked up my vehicle from my home, taken it in for any work need and brought it back at end of day, while leaving his vehicle for my use The management should be commended for keeping him on as a valued employee for the years he has been there.(and no henis not a relative). Did not need to take time off work to take car in or have someone pick me up and then drive me back for pick up. That is why I think so highly of this dealership. This is not something to be taken for granted in this age. It is important to me since I do not live in Winnipeg so not just a short trip to dealership. All in all will be loyal until I don't need any more cars. More

After having a somewhat unpleasant previous car buying experience leaving me somewhat hesitant and skeptical of car dealerships (not this one) a few y After having a somewhat unpleasant previous car buying experience leaving me somewhat hesitant and skeptical of car dealerships (not this one) a few years ago, I was nervous to go back. Darren greeted me at the door of the dealership and asked how he could help. From figuring out a a payment price, to the financing and picking up of the vehicle, both Elliot and Darren were helpful, funny and friendly, and most importantly I didn't feel pressured into anything! They were willing to work with my busy schedule for pick up of the vehicle, and Darren was/is willing to find answers that I have had (even after the fact!) haha. There were a couple hiccups with the final end price (biweekly payment), but I appreciated the transparency and upfront attitude about the oversight, and by doing so helped me see it was an honest mistake rather than feeling like I was being duped. I feel I can trust this dealership, and will be willing to go back to them in the future, as well as refer friends and family! Thanks Darren! :) More
