River City Ford

An awesome experience from start to finish We went to River City Ford to have a look at a C-Max, which is Ford's smaller Hybrid vehicle. Met with Chelsea, our sales person, who explained the vehicle fully to us and allowed us to take it for an extended test drive. When it came to negotiations on the vehicle that was quick and painless. We were trading in a used truck and Kelly the Used Car Sales Manager made us a fair offer on the truck. Jev the New Car Sales Manager gave us an unbelievable price on the C-Max. We couldn't refuse the deal. Chelsea was there for us throughout the entire process, answering all of our questions and always living up to commitments. Anytime we had to change appointment times she made it work and things always happened on time. We had Elliot as a Finance person. He explained our options in particular with regard to extended warranty. He presented it in a clear, easy to understand, manner. We don't normally purchase extended warranty but in this case it made no sense to turn it down. As a result of River City Ford and their excellent staff we went from driving an older truck that was going to need some work done to it soon to now driving a brand new energy efficient vehicle that gets unbelievable fuel economy for not a lot of money. And now we don't have to worry about repair bills for the next 7 years. How could we turn that down? Everybody was so helpful and they all lived up to all of their commitments. More

With brief conversation my sales rep, with great knowledge of their selection, was able to pinpoint exactly what I had been describing to her. The car far surpassed my expectation of what I might be walking away with. Kirsten was knowledgeable about the product and how/why it would suit me and my family. I loved that there was no pressure to make immediate decisions even though everything fell into place rather fast - that speaks to Kirsten's ability to understand her clients' needs and match them with the appropriate options. She was friendly and helpful and able to satisfy all the questions my step-father threw at her. In finance I spoke with Jenny and have the same opinion. She was knowledgeable about terms and conditions and worked several versions of numbers for us. She was friendly and allowed us time to consider the options. More

Third times a charm ..,,.. As i Walked in I was looked after right away. I had asked for Ryan who harassed me multiple times with a follow up, as to when I was coming to visit As i Walked in I was looked after right away. From here I was assigned Chelsea, as Ryan was busy selling ;) .. At this point Meghan took over to make sure I was comfortable , and she was forthcoming that she was new - 3 days in.. She will fit in nicely. From here I had Chelsea, who makes the Energizer bunny look tired. She made sure she found a good fit of the vehicle that would fit what I needed. She worked for it. Then off to Jenny, Deal done. > All in all, 3 times back. Very happy from start to finish.
