Worst Experience ever I have bought many new vehicle, worst experience with River City Ford . Made a deal on a Ford Explorer Limited with Kirsten was my sales person. Didn' I have bought many new vehicle, worst experience with River City Ford . Made a deal on a Ford Explorer Limited with Kirsten was my sales person. Didn't have the one I wanted so they were bringing the Explorer with options I wanted from Elie Ford Dealer. Well thank goodness I didn't sign the contract yet till I made sure the Explorer was the one I wanted. Well the Explorer arrived and I was to come in on May 23,2017 to pick it up, but it was in getting washed so she wanted me to do all the paper work, thankfully I requested to see it first ,well it was not what I wanted. Kirsten went on to tell me this was what I wanted. My son in law was with me on initial option requested , this dealer is all about sign papers before you see what your getting. Never experienced so many twisted stories just to make a sale. Would have been my first Ford vehicle , did I pick the wrong dealership. More

I went into the sales office and he told me about the car I bought. He was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant and I enjoyed his no pressure on me to buy after my road test of the car. I was resistant of what to do about my car, trade it in or sell it or give it to my adult Children. I ended up trading it in. Which turned out to be the right decision. Brett is very outgoing and knows his vehicles. If we had questions or concerns he answered thrm as much as he could or if we were thristy offered his clients a beverage, overall by not only Brett but everyone is humble and welcome there clients.
