I was texted by river city and arranged a warranty service date. Other issues were to be checked and corrected at the same time. I also confirmed all of this over email with Krissy. When I entered the service bay and waited as signage said to. Minuted later a service person approached me in an unfriendly manner saying “what do you want?” I told him I was there for my 1:00 pm appointment. He seemed dumbfounded and said to get out and I can go…. I asked where? I was told the waiting room. Had to ask where. He said through that door. There were 3 hallways on the other side of the door. After finding the waiting room and waiting awhile I was told my vehicle was ready to go. I now. Had to ask where it was. HOW MUCH COMMON SENSE DOES IT TAKE TO HELP AND GIVE DIRECTION TO AN ELDERLY PERSON??? So if that wasn’t enough when I got home I find that they did not do any of the additional repairs. I’ve sent my displeasures into the two employees. Monday December 11/23 now and I have not hesr from management. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More
