Not only did Michelle let us take the car home for a test drive , she also let us keep it over night and gave us some ideas to help her get in and out of the car. That helped us alot. Michelle made my experience enjoyable! Michelle listened to me and asked great questions that helped me catch up to the new technology and how it improves today's Ford products. I have visited other dealerships where I left feeling I was not being a good customer because I take time to decide. Not the case with Michelle and River City Ford. So far, I have always felt like I was being listened to, that no question was too minor to ask. I felt like Andrea, my sales person, was working between me and the dealership when we were negotiating. I also liked that she asked if she could earn my business; she didn't assume she had it. Something else I liked about this dealership is the more open, welcoming environment. There is also a good mix of both male and female staff. Nothing negative to say! More
