Overall experience was solid. Initially however, when I called to book my appointment the person who answered on the quick lane phone incorrectly stated that my Ford Canada maintenance package was dealer s called to book my appointment the person who answered on the quick lane phone incorrectly stated that my Ford Canada maintenance package was dealer specific and he would not accept mine- as my truck was from another dealer. This then took several calls to sort out and ultimately it was covered as it’s a nationally offered product. Some education for your staff on what Ford offers would be prudent to save customers like me from wasting their time. More
