Mike Lee offered us a test drive and didn't over pressure us into our decision. We wanted a manual transmission and the basic trim package, and that's what we walked out with, without heavy annoying sales tactics to upgrade or purchase non needed (to us) add ons. He was also patient as we had a small child with us in our visits there. The vehicle is very popular, and sold out in all the other Subaru dealerships and we recieved it very quickly. Would recommend! More

I had no intention of a buying a car and was only going to look. After a few minutes on the lot walking around a fellow approached me and never for one second felt like "uh oh here comes the car salesman" feeling I have so often received when I've stepped onto a car lot. Michael Lee was my guy and was completely at ease with his personality and friendliness of just wanting to help me and make sure I was completely satisfied from start to finish. I've owned many many crossovers, SUV's you name it and for me the Subaru Outback, for the money is in the top 3 for any SUV's I've ever driven or owned. There always has to be a match between service and product. We have all experienced great service with an inferior product or a great product with less than adequate service. When you can match the two with great service and a great product only then do you know your making the right decision. I can't recommend Richmond Subaru enough to anyone looking to have a great experience when making a large purchase on a vehicle...you wont be disappointed!!! And finally to the last part of the purchase is when all the financing or leasing options are on the table and am now introduced to a new person...again the entire experience could potentially be altered if this new introduction doesn't fit in with the vehicle and Michael Lee's gentle personality but without question the icing on the cake was meeting and having Danielle Schelini finalize the deal. She made me feel like I had made the absolute right decision. Thank you Danielle!! Thanks again to the team at Subaru Richmond for making my car experience the best ever!! Sincerely, Mike More

Pressure Free Environment Jordan is extremely laid back and taught me so much about the Subaru Outback. There was no pressure at all to purchase the car on my first visit. Service is questionable. Richmond Subaru has had my 2018 Forester car for over three weeks. It needs locks replaced because of a theft. They don't seem to have answers. Very frustrating. Something definitely seems to be missing with their service department. Initially they said there was difficulty in getting parts. On the phone just now they said parts are "probably" coming from Toronto and they "may be back ordered" and that they would get back to me. If not back ordered does that mean the order was lost? If it was back ordered they should be able to give me an approximate arrival day. At the very least someone should be willing to talk to me. 22 days and counting and no answers! In the meantime I'm renting a car ! If this is their idea of 'service' then I'm not sure this is a place to take your Subaru. More
