Sales agent Ben De Jesus takes his time to explain the details of how to operate the internal features of the vehicle, even after the sales is completed. General manager Ray Lewis works hard to make reasonable offer to ensure the deal happens after some negotiation. He understands what's important of having a successful referral business. Some of the nice perk to buy vehicle here include a complimentary attractive vehicle enhancement package, such as free car wash for life, airport shuttle and free parking up to 3x/yr, free first oil change service, and other freebies. Wow, I also got my bonus all weather mat and cargo tray! Showroom is a bit smaller and parking lot is more busy than other dealer, but they are really doing great business here. Make sure you visit them as a potential dealer before you execute a purchase for your new Subaru from others. Great job! More

I had initially visited looking for a specific vehicle in their inventory, but was told it was on an extended test drive and not available on that date. However, Mike Lee quickly made arrangements to have it ready for viewing during the following weekend. When I returned, I was pleasantly surprised that Mike had already pre-positioned the vehicle at the front of the dealership in time for our appointment. Everything was all set to go for our test drive – no need to walk around back to find the vehicle. It may seem like a small thing, but this definitely stood out to me as an example of his professionalism and attention to detail. Mike did an excellent job welcoming me as a customer to Richmond Subaru! More

They arrived when I was away and Josh tried to contact but was unable. He called me after my review, he puzzled angry and a little hurt. He explained everything to me and apologized many times. I also apologized for my comments as well. He offered to drive my parts out to me that night. I went into see Josh today to get my parts and apologize in person. He once again was very apologetic. He then offered to have my car washed and vacuumed,and told me when my next service is due to call him so he can book it and cover it. You are a true professional and gentlemen. I now know why you #1 in customer service. Thanks again Josh, see you in a few years when it's time to get my wife a new car. More

Since I am kind of new here (Canada), trusted the guy but gave up since I was looking for the blue one. The salesman called me the next day offering a nice deal to get the white and told me that to be able to guarantee that deal I need to make a deposit. Did the deposit by phone and drive to the Richmond Subaru to sign the paper and get my new dream car. When I arrived there, they changed the price and for some reason, the car price was higher than to the Subaru website. So I got out of Richmond Subaru and drove straight to another Subaru, explained the situation and they gave me the same website price that Richmond Subaru was not able plus I was able to get the blue Crosstrek, just waited 10 days for it. More

Years after, saw a used car that I was interested in and had great initial engagement with Ben de Jesus. He was open and honest, even went out of his ways to show us the car a bit more. After making a deal with Ben and sales manager Ray, we went to pickup the car in the evening realizing they're withdrawing from our initial agreement. Disappointing move but I'll let this one go. I was told I would get full detail of the car and noticed the morning after that fuel port was extremely dirty and grimy from previous owner. Couldn't the lot attendant have wiped this down when refuelling?? Also interior did not get a full detail or wipe as windshield was extremely dirty with fingerprints. Alright I could spend some time cleaning this up but surprised as they said full detail. Went my trusted shop the next day to have new tires installed as that was mentioned in the inspection provided by Richmond Subaru and was told there was less than 2mm of brake pads left. 2mm.. of brake pads.. They did not mention this in their inspection and this is something that they could've replaced for a few hundreds and for the safety of their customers. Just unacceptable. Look somewhere else and save the trouble, even if they have the car you want. More
