purchase process we met mike lee(sales) & ray lewis(manager) to trade up from our 2012 impreza to a 2018 legacy. after a full day of stressful negotiation we finalised we met mike lee(sales) & ray lewis(manager) to trade up from our 2012 impreza to a 2018 legacy. after a full day of stressful negotiation we finalised our purchase but had ongoing concerns about specific issues with the legacy, our low trade-in & of course the higher-than-promised final cost. after a month of further discussion we were able to come to a satisfactory resolution. thanks to mike & ray^s professionalism, patience & final action, we are relieved to begin to appreciate our vehicle like new owners, with security&confidence they will take care of us from now on...big thanks, don&joanne More

He was very patient on answering all our questions and was able to give me a very fair price on our trade in and we made a deal over text. We felt he had our best interest at heart and his follow ups have been outstanding. Austin gave me a call on Monday explaining to me that my leased impresa might be eligable for an upgrade. I came in without too much expectation, and at the end of the day, he convinced me and I walked out leased impresa might be eligable for an upgrade. Had a great experience buying my first car from a dealer. Mike was very helpful, I went to the dealer looking at an older car (2013) He was very calm and told me about the basics of the vehicle very well.
