While we went to our regular dealer, we were never offered a decent Trade-in value even though we’ve maintained the vehicle with regular TOYOTA Services and monthly rates offered were not realistic. So, we called Richmond Hill Toyota and a very helpful person (Ashley) tried to help and promised a call back with more information that we requested for. Within 10-15 minutes, we received a call from a Gentleman with an extremely honest voice – Ashraf Zhoni, who didn’t hesitate to provide all the information we needed. Though, he didn’t pressure us for a visit, we decided to visit him immediately. It was one of the best decisions we made. We were greeted by the TOYOTA Richmond Hill team and Ashraf. He provided extensive information regarding the new 2017 Corolla and with much sincerity, helped us to meet affordable monthly rates. We immediately understood that he was not looking to milk-the-customer dry.
