I decided it was time to treat myself to a newer used car after driving my 2007 Matrix purchased new from Richmond Hill Toyota for almost 15 years. I read his reviews and sent him an email. He phoned me back promptly and an appointment was arranged. He was a pleasure to deal with and I chose a 2018 Corolla. He helped me go through the features of about 4 cars that fit my requirements and I test drove 2. A few days later I picked it up. He spent lots of time going over all the features before he let me drive away. I would highly recommend Ashraf. More

The good reviews here are fake or paid. Rocco and Ashraf draw customers in based on fake listings, only to say that the car is sold, which is such a pathetic tactic especially during COVID. Telling a person a car is there one day before, then in the morning and then 10 minutes before the meeting, only to say it is sold 10 minutes later when you arrive at the dealership. Very unethical, they spoke very badly when confronted about their lack of ethics, they were very demeaning to women, insulting to customers and outright shameless. On our way out we met another customer who had been scammed the same way. Would never go near disgusting folk like Rocco and Ashraf even if offered a million $. Very unethical and zero stars. More

Awful. Booked an appointment with our family to purchase a car, and was asked to wait outside as they did not mention they were only able to have two people per sales person at a time. We agreed to leave as a car, and was asked to wait outside as they did not mention they were only able to have two people per sales person at a time. We agreed to leave as we understood the covid concerns however Tony was extremely aggressive with our party of four even though we called in advance to book the appointment. Along with that, the receptionist and Wilson (sales) had no issues. Went to another Toyota with no issues and completed the sale. Tony was rude and extremely unprofessional, will not return again.
