Unprofessional Staff I have had complications with the, Richmond Hill Toyota dealer, from the day I purchased my XRS. The last time I went there to service my vehicle, aft I have had complications with the, Richmond Hill Toyota dealer, from the day I purchased my XRS. The last time I went there to service my vehicle, after a day of unknowns to whether or not service is to be completed, I was supposedly put on hold through a phone call, by the front desk advisor Carol, and I heard her gossiping to an employee about my mother and I; using profanity. Unfortunately, DealerRater does not allow me to specify which word was used, and has removed my altered post twice. When a customer has reason to be unhappy with poor service at this dealer, some workers and some mechanics show their anger with attitude and profanity. More

A spacious, well-equipped, friendly & efficient environment. Upon enetering RH Toyota and surveying my surroundings I was quickly aware of a very comfortable atmosphere compared with some other showrooms. The staff seemed well organized as I was introduced to Mr Paul Stancer. Over a 3 week period involving several visits to the dealer I found Paul to be a true professional: personable, efficient, friendly, extremely knowledgeable with absolutely no pressure to purchase a Toyota. With prior research now so readily available and having considered and test driven other vehicles similar to the RAV 4, there was no attempt to promote a Toyota against its competitors. Paul was always readily available to answer additional questions and suggest a test drive for each model under consideration. I appreciated the visit to the spacious service area and the very comfortable customer lounge (with snack bar). No doubt I will enjoy my new RAV 4 but I continue to reflect upon my good fortune, that Mr Paul Stancer happened to be my sales rep. More
