Very great dealership, however very dissatisfied with seller I came to Richmond Hill Toyota for a new 2017 Camry. I was greeted by Navid. At first, he seems like a nice guy, but the more and more I talked with h I came to Richmond Hill Toyota for a new 2017 Camry. I was greeted by Navid. At first, he seems like a nice guy, but the more and more I talked with him, the more and more I found out that he is only there for the money! He talks out of his mouth only for the objective of scoring a deal. Nothing else. He gave me the worst customer service I have ever received, period. I proceeded to buy my Camry from another salesman who was much much better at satisfying my needs. Would recommend this dealership, but you must avoid this joke of a salesman "Neverid Besharati". Exelent and professional Experience With Igor Sapojnicov I have known Igor for a long time, I got to know him when we were looking for our first vehicle. I was advised to deal with Igor in terms of purchasing a vehicle. We purchased a used vehicle from him, and he was excellent in terms of dealing with us. We actually went back for multiple vehicles back to Igor and we have referred a lot of our friends and family to him. As a matter of fact we just picked up our new vehicle from him yesterday (May 24 2017). We tell him our monthly budget and he will help us with the vehicle and we are all happy.
