terrible I purchased a vehicle on July 8. Came back to pick it up on July 15, completed all paper work and received the keys. Salesman goes to bring the car ar I purchased a vehicle on July 8. Came back to pick it up on July 15, completed all paper work and received the keys. Salesman goes to bring the car around and says it needs a new battery. I say to myself "ok, no problem it should only be 20mins". Over an hour later the salesman comes back and tells me the alternator was damaged during detailing, they'll take one off another car and put it on. I go to get something to eat in the mean time, then receive a call about a half hour later from the salesman. The alternator doesn't fit and I have to come back to the dealership on Monday. I live in barrie so that's about an hour each way. I come back AGAIN to pick the car up and the salesman isn't even there. They haven't mounted the front license plate and didn't bother to tell me that I need to purchase a bracket to mount it properly. They then suggest to drive it home with the plate on the dash. When I ask if they'll pay the ticket, they assume I'm joking and laugh. All of this could have been avoided if anyone at that dealership bothered to pick up a phone and make a call. I'm never going back to this dealership and will recommend to everyone looking to purchase a vehicle to avoid this place. Terrible customer service, and no one seems to know what's going on. And to boot, within 50kms of leaving the dealership with the vehicle a TPMS light turns on in the dash. Good job on doing a proper safety inspection! More

He listened closely to me and helped sort through the options to find a vehicle that met both my needs and my budget. He was extrememly thorough and clear in his explanations and was happy to clarify when asked. I didn't feel that he was rushing through the sale. Ashraf is a consummate professional, extremely knowledgable about the product and a real gentleman too.
