I purchased a 2015 Toyota Tacoma and it was the BEST sales experience that we have ever had! This team was professional, exceedingly helpful, and a pleasure to be around. They all made the entire purchase seamless, personal and fun! We felt completely looked after and they were happy to answer my numerous questions. Our son highly recommended them after he purchased a pre-owned car in September. I had been a client of Barrie Honda since 1998 and recently had a very disappointing experience while purchasing a used vehicle. I did not go through with that sale and came to Richmond Hill Toyota instead and I will never go back to Honda! I was so impressed with this sales team and the dealership, that I bought a second pre-owned car from the same team of Tom, Bruce and Jeff yesterday! As the car we purchased was more of an upgrade and not an essential need for us at the time, my wife and I went through a few visits to the dealership before eventually pulling the trigger. Ashraf spent a lot of time walking us through the different options and was very pleasant throughout the whole process. At no point, even after the 2nd and 3rd visit, or after the hours of discussion back and forth, did I feel any pressure or impatience on Ashraf’s part. Truly, Ashraf is a rare breed of professional and I do use that word lightly. Personally, I will be contacting Ashraf Zohni for all future car purchases and would definitely recommend him to friends and family. All in all, the service my wife and I received was exceptional. Selling a used car that wasn’t safe for the road Bought a used 2013 Toyota RAV4 from Richmond Hill Toyota. Was told they changed both front tires due to safety and the rear tries still good for few y Bought a used 2013 Toyota RAV4 from Richmond Hill Toyota. Was told they changed both front tires due to safety and the rear tries still good for few years. Took my car to my own mechanic to change winter tires and found out that both rear tires had cracked though out the whole tires. Took the car back to Richmond Hill Toyota the next day and was told tries are still good even with cracks on them and also told that they are still good for at least 4 more years. Ask them for a written notice to prove that the tires are good. But they refuse to provide any written notice and ask my own mechanic to provide the letter. Got the letter from my mechanic to prove the tires was no safe. I will take this matter to Toyota Canada and MTO for assist. I almost traded in my 2012 Camry for an 2018 carmy. Luckily I didn’t do it. Will never go back to Richmond Hill Toyota again More
