Good face to face but follow up by phone not good. I picked up the car on June 14. Soon after I noticed a wind noise on the driver side window. I called Ashraf and he arranged for me to go to the servi I picked up the car on June 14. Soon after I noticed a wind noise on the driver side window. I called Ashraf and he arranged for me to go to the service department on Monday June 18. When I arrived I was told that Ashraf had not submitted the paperwork for me to be enrolled on the system, and that I would have to wait a couple of hours when they could fit me in. I called Ashraf after I was dropped off at home and asked him to call me. I am still waiting for his return call. In the meantime I have had the car in to replace the window seal on the drivers side, which is still not rectified and I now have a service appointment for July 11. So far I am not very impressed. More
