I had a flat tire and was losing air in it fast and didn't know where else to go but I knew your Dealership wasn't far and remembered how excellent the service was the last time I was there. Brad and his assistants were unable to supply the proper tire but got enough air in it for me to drive up the street to Lexus where they had the tire. Best sales person service ! I went to at least 10 other dealership first before I went to Richmond Hill Toyota and requested to Ashraf Zohni to help us. He is a really patient and good sales man took the car out for a test drive and requested to drive it on the high way the whole test drive was about 30 mins long and he was very patient explaining everything the about the car without trying to over sell you. Just an honest person and letting you know what function the car has and does not have. Afterwards we negotiated our price backed with our research and he was willing to adjust the price according major plus for us. Lastly he even gave us a free umbrella gift which wasn't necessary for him since he already made the sell he was just offering a very nice gesture. When we went to pick up our car he even stayed later to properly explain all the paperwork, the car, and handed out keys. The dealership actually closed already and he didn't rush through anything and was very patient in answering all our questions. I would definitely recommend Ashraf Zohni to anybody looking for a car.
