Great customer service In May, after my husband did all the research for the vehicle I wanted, we were off to Richmond Hill Toyota. There, Paul showed me the RAV4 I'd been l In May, after my husband did all the research for the vehicle I wanted, we were off to Richmond Hill Toyota. There, Paul showed me the RAV4 I'd been looking for. He went over the vehicle with me top to bottom and inside out. I was particularly impressed how quickly he grasped that it was ME he needed to talk with and not my husband. Never once did I feel that he spoke down to me, or simplified anything because I'm a woman. He answered my questions, and if he didn't have an answer he found someone who did. I felt like he genuinely appreciated my business, even though it was a certified pre-owned vehicle I was purchasing and not a new one. I love my RAV4, and I'll go back to Paul in a heartbeat for my next vehicle (which, hopefully, won't be for quite some time!). Thanks, Paul!
