I have found customer service excellence!!!!! From the reception to service, everyone was very helpful. When looking at different vehicles, I dealt with Mr. Ashraf Zohni. He was very attentive to my needs and concerns and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the purchase and the experience. Frank - thank you for restoring my faith in Dealerships!! I always hate going to dealerships as I know how they can be coined as high pressured sales people, but yesterday I had an amazing experience with Fra I always hate going to dealerships as I know how they can be coined as high pressured sales people, but yesterday I had an amazing experience with Frank Valentini and I think he definitely deserves a recognition in my books for restoring my faith in dealerships / service personnel. He gave me different options and suggestions which I needed badly as I was in a super rush and I"m crossing my fingers that my van will be good for now and I won't have to go back in - BUT even if I do, I'll be sure to request him as my Service Advisor!! Good customer relations and TRUST goes along way. Young service advisors, customer service agents and salespeople should really learn this trait. Slow and Steady wins the race!!! More

They don't listen except to grab your money. Said I didn't want anything done or touched except an oil change. Service advisor came back more than once with things that should be replaced or fix Said I didn't want anything done or touched except an oil change. Service advisor came back more than once with things that should be replaced or fixed. If I said don't touch my car except for the oil change, why are they doing what I specifically asked not to do? Told me battery corrosion would cause car not to start. So we had it done...only to try to start the car in their lot right after picking it up and it made a horrid noise and didn't start on the first try. Also told me I'd be out in 30 mins and then had the nerve to ask IF I wanted the car washed...which is advertised as included. 45 mins later still waiting... Was supposed to speak with service manager but he was busy. Since the move to the new location...this place is nothing but a money grab. More
