Toyota dealership, RaVa 4 vehicle I find the service at Toyota is excellent, very friendly customers service, while waiting for vehicle one could have a cup of tea/coffee or finger nai I find the service at Toyota is excellent, very friendly customers service, while waiting for vehicle one could have a cup of tea/coffee or finger nails done FREE of charge. If customer don't care to sit around a courtesy vehicle is there to drop one home and to pick one back up and a drive back to Toyota to get one's vehicle. I will recommend Toyota any day to others. Only thing I find is the parts for vehicle repairs is too expensive, price should be a bit lower if Toyota wants to keep their customers happy or they will lose them to other service centers and they should always have SENIORS DISCOUNT TO KEEP THEIR VALUED CUSTOMERS happy! Excellent customer service I needed to do an oil and filter change recently. My advisor/agent was super pleasant and gave me helpful tips for the next time I do Toyota service.
