Our experience could have been better if things were explained better. We are first time car buyers in Canada and we are excited to finally own a brand new one. We felt that everything were handled in a explained better. We are first time car buyers in Canada and we are excited to finally own a brand new one. We felt that everything were handled in a rush just to make a sale. Items on the contract were not fully explained and we were just asked to sign papers. Some options were not offered like rust proofing etc. They have a promotion that they are not even fully aware of and was not properly communicated to the financing agent. If everything was properly communicated and explained the first time, then no time could have been wasted. So if your are new in Canada and a first time car buyer, I would suggest not to go to this dealership. More
