We bought 2020 Crosstrek from Richmond Hill Subaru, the car wasn't delivered with the details that were promised. . The delivery date and time was changed couple times and finally when we got to pickup our car wasn't delivered with the details that were promised. . The delivery date and time was changed couple times and finally when we got to pickup our car at the scheduled time the car was in the same condition as it was when we first saw. We were promised the dents will be removed and interior with be detailed (as there were pet hairs), but nothing was done. The sales person himself just quickly wiped the console and cup holders himself but never got the interior detailed done by any professional serviceman. Had to wait for couple hours to have the car ready but still not cleaned. Very unprofessional staff. More
