However when we sat down with Ben and discussed details and options, I immediately felt better. He was very helpful and worked out the best possible deal, then left us in the very capable hands of Sam to hammer out some final details and sign on the dotted line. When we returned to pick up the car it was a very busy Saturday afternoon at the dealership but we still got great service and were able to take care of all the necessary paperwork in a timely fashion. Ben even took time to show me how to set up the Bluetooth. A very pleasant experience all around. Thank you very much to everyone at Richmond Hill Subaru for their help. More

Mark walked me through all the features of the car, packages available, performance specifications and pricing. He answered every question I had about the car, aftermarket part availability and maintenance. You can tell he knows his Subaru's and he has a great understanding of vehicles overall. Sam did a great job of helping me through all of that nonsense paper work. He answered any questions I had and took care of all the boring finance/insurance stuff like a champ. After shopping around for different brands of vehicles at many dealerships and getting only lacklustre service, my wife and I made our way to Richmond Hill Subaru and experienced some of the best customer se many dealerships and getting only lacklustre service, my wife and I made our way to Richmond Hill Subaru and experienced some of the best customer service we have ever received from a car dealership! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by our sales rep, Tony, in a very friendly and welcoming manner. After telling Tony what we were looking for, he quickly set us up for a test drive. During the test drive, Tony was exceptional. His knowledge of the vehicle's features was complete and he was able to answer all our questions fully and honestly. Most importantly, he allowed the vehicle to speak for itself while encouraging us to experience the car's numerous features on the road. The amount of time spent on the test drive was just right and Tony did his best to accommodate our requests to test the various capabilities of the automobile on different road conditions, unlike some other dealerships where we were rushed through the test drive (at one dealership of another vehicle brand, for instance, they made us wait 40 minutes just to test drive a vehicle and the test drive only lasted 10 minutes, barely taking us beyond the parking lot)! After the test drive with Tony, when we got back to the dealership, there was no obligation and no pressure. When we decided that this was the right car for us, our negotiations went smoothly. Leon, the sales manager, gave us ample time to think, reconsider, and discuss our options. He was honest and forthcoming and accommodated our requests in a very fair manner. Moreover, the sales team never tried to upsell unnecessary add-ons to the vehicle, assuring us that the vehicle we had chosen was already pre-packed with all the features we would need. Owing to the popularity of the vehicle we were interested in, the colour/model we wanted was not in stock, yet Leon went out of his way to locate one for us within a couple of days. Sam, the financial services manager, was also exceptional. He answered all our questions clearly and honestly and recommended the best extended warranty and financing plan that would meet our needs. Our subsequent correspondence with the dealership leading up to vehicle delivery was also very cordial and the sales team was very communicative. In short, after a spate of bad dealership experiences, Subaru Richmond Hill constituted a real breath of fresh air for us -- for its friendly, caring, knowledgeable staff, exceptional, five-star service and VIP treatment, we would highly recommend Subaru Richmond Hill! But don't just trust this review, go in and see for yourself! More

We had the pleasure of purchasing a Subaru this past week. Ben Izadi was our very informative sales agent. He was considerate of both my wife and myself in the pre-sale discussion and we found him to be particularly good with all of the car specifics and promotional offerings currently available. Ben was very good at the negotiation process when we finally decided to purchase the Subaru and was impressively agile with the pricing of various scenerios and financing approaches. The Dealership Manager, and financial/service staff that we were introduced to and dealt with during our purchase were all knowledgeable, likeable and efficient. We would definitely recommend visiting this car dealership for if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Ask for Ben! More

My first visit to the dealership was to ask about whether they had the vehicles I was interested in on the lot. I was interested in seeing whether there was sufficient space and versatility that met my need they had the vehicles I was interested in on the lot. Alex was extremely helpful as he guided me to the lot and showed me the vehicles so that I could compare side-to-side. He allowed me to assess the vehicles without pressure and answered all of my questions. He was also very knowledgeable of the vehicles. I asked whether there was one to test drive and he kindly explained I would need to make an appointment. I showed up at my appointment and he did a vehicle walk-around explaining the features of the vehicle. When we went on the test drive, he allowed me to experience various conditions to get an informative assessment of the vehicle's features and performance. After the test drive, he was not pressuring me to purchase and continued to be friendly and answer all of my questions. I then came back to the dealership to make a deal for the purchase of the vehicle. I decided to come back to this dealership because of the rapport Alex was able to build with me. I also brought others to purchase vehicles. The purchasing experience was good; however, I was disappointed that upper management did not make an effort to meet me and thank me for my business (especially when I brought others to purchase). Although I did not include the accessory in the deal, I was disappointed that the dealership did not grant my request for a free accessory considering the purchasing day ended in more than $150,000 in vehicles purchased. This small gesture was insignificant compared to the overall business, but would have highlighted the overall experience. More
